Alkaline pH Stability of NanoPak‑C All Carbon HPLC Columns

This application note evaluates the alkaline-pH stability of NanoPak‑C all‑carbon analytical HPLC columns by tracking their performance over 1,000 injections of Semaglutide and Liraglutide at pH 8.5, expressed in cumulative column volumes. It demonstrates stable chromatography after tens of thousands of column volumes and uses these data to model pH robustness when scaling NanoPak‑C to semi‑preparative and preparative GLP‑1 purification.
